Qualifications

• A successful candidate must be able to show a real estate photography specific portfolio, must have access to necessary real estate photography equipment and must also have a schedule that can accommodate various appointment times

• Proven knowledge of basic camera functions

• Knowledge of OFC (Off Camera Flash) We shoot Flambiant s

• Knowledge of safe and effective drone practices or willingness to learn

• Knowledge of Matterport Scanning or willingness to learn 

• Knowledge of Video basics for Cinematic Video or the ability to learn

• Ability to upload RAW files on time and as instructed to our editor.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to scheduled appointments prepared and on time

• Capture the appropriate amount of images, and image types, specified in assigned appointment notes

• Adjust camera settings (when needed) to handle various lighting environments

• Review RAW files with purchasing agent to guarantee satisfactory shot selection

• Upload RAW files to our editor on time

• Be willing to occasionally assist in minor decluttering

• Be friendly and cordial when working with agents and sellers

• Be open to constructive criticism for improved shoots moving forward

Composition:

​

• 40% of the photography portion of the job

• Pay out will be weekly on Wednesday for the previous weeks work
